Cette intervention est réalisée sous anesthésie générale.
En fonction de votre front et de vos arcades sourcilières, le chirurgien vous proposera:
- une réduction des arcades sourcilières
- une impaction de la paroi antérieure du sinus frontal. Ce geste opératoire consiste à réaliser une fenêtre osseuse dans la paroi antérieure du sinus frontal et à la repositionner afin qu’elle soit moins proéminente. Le fragment est ensuite maintenu par des mini-plaques et des mini-vis en titane. Ce matériel sera retiré ultérieurement seulement en cas de mauvaise tolérance.
Il est nécessaire de prévoir une hospitalisation d’une à deux nuits après l’intervention. La cicatrice est située au niveau de la ligne d’implantation des cheveux. Un drainage de 12 à 24 h est nécessaire après l’intervention. Il est possible de réaliser dans le même temps opératoire :
- un repositionnement des sourcils
- un repositionnement de la fente palpébrale
- un repositionnement de l’implantation capillaire pour réduire la hauteur du front.
Afin de limiter les œdèmes et les hématomes, votre chirurgien vous demandera d’acheter en pharmacie un masque compressif. Pendant une semaine après l’intervention, il est fortement recommandé de:
- porter le masque compressif
- dormir la tête surélevée (30° par rapport au corps)
- mettre du froid sur le visage
- ne pas se maquiller
- ne pas s’exposer au soleil
- faire les soins tous les jours.
Les points sont retirés à la fin de la première semaine. Les suites opératoires sont marquées par un oedème frontal et des hématomes au niveau des paupières supérieures et inférieures pendant 1 à 3 semaines. Une perte de sensibilité de la partie supérieure du front et du cuir chevelu est fréquente en post-opératoire et peut persister pendant 1 à 3 mois. La cicatrice peut rester rouge pendant quelques mois. Les colorations et soins capillaires sont à proscrire pendant 1 mois après l’intervention. Les changements sont visibles à partir d’une semaine, mais il faut attendre la disparition complète de l’oedème pour avoir un résultat définitif (1 mois). Pour un résultat plus durable, et nécessitant une seule intervention, nous pouvons vous proposer la valgisation des malaires.
Cette intervention est réalisée sous anesthésie générale. Elle consiste à réaliser une ostéotomie de l’insertion malaire de l’arcade zygomatique afin d’intercaler un greffon osseux. Celui-ci est maintenu par du matériel d’ostéosynthèse.
La sortie de la clinique est possible dès le lendemain de l’intervention. Les suites opératoires sont marquées par un oedème important des pommettes et des hématomes au niveau des paupières inférieures.
Les cicatrices sont dans la bouche. Les points sont résorbables et disparaissent en 3 semaines.
Il est parfois nécessaire de rajouter une cicatrice au niveau de la paupière inférieure. Celle-ci reste rouge et inflammatoire pendant 15 jours. Celui-ci permet de remonter la partie centrale de la lèvre. Ce phénomène a pour conséquence d’augmenter la proportion de la lèvre rouge par rapport à la lèvre blanche. De plus, il a pour effet d’augmenter le découvrement des dents au sourire.
Ce geste peut être réalisé sous anesthésie locale. La cicatrice est très peu visible car située juste sous le nez. Les douleurs post-opératoires sont minimes. Les points seront retirés par le chirurgien au bout de 7 jours. Un oedème et des ecchymoses peuvent être visibles pendant quelques jours.
En cas de pousse de poils encore importante au niveau de la moustache malgré l’hormonothérapie, cette chirurgie a pour conséquence d’ascensionner l’insertion capillaire de la lèvre supérieure et peut favoriser quelques épisodes de poils incarnés dans la cicatrice.

Dans le cadre de féminisation du visage, nous réalisons principalement des réductions du sens transversal du menton afin de le rendre plus fin et moins carré.
Cette intervention se réalise sous anesthésie générale. L’intervention est similaire à une génioplastie classique au niveau des suites opératoires. La cicatrice est dans la bouche. Les points sont résorbables et disparaissent en 3 semaines. Une hospitalisation d’une nuit en post opératoire est nécessaire et peut être allongée en cas d’hématome ou de douleurs importantes.
Ce geste chirurgical peut être couplé avec les autres gestes de féminisation. L’intervention est réalisée sous anesthésie générale. Elle consiste en une résection de l’angle de la mandibule.La cicatrice est dans la bouche. Les points sont résorbables et disparaissent en 3 semaines. Les suites opératoires sont marquées par un oedème important de la partie infèrieure du visage pendant 3 semaines. Une hospitalisation d’une nuit en post-opératoire est nécessaire et peut être allongée en cas d’hématome ou de douleurs importantes. L’incision est située au niveau de l’angle cervico-mentonnier. Elle est horizontale et mesure entre 3 et 5cm. Un pansement compressif est nécessaire pendant 5 jours. Les hématomes et ecchymoses sont très fréquents dans cette région.
Si la région cervicale présente un excès cutan?o-graisseux, il est possible de traiter la ptose cervicale et la résection de la pomme d’Adam avec une même cicatrice.
